Elias started his career as a book keeper, then went on to work for one of the largest nationwide accounting firms, McGladrey & Pullen, where he was exposed to both small business and large corporation accounting practices. From there on, an opportunity presented itself to support a small title insurance company with major growth potential, and Elias served as their chief accountant for over 15 years.

Concurrently, Elias started Eden’s Accounting & Tax Service in 1993, and worked his day job as a corporate accountant, and tended to his growing accounting & tax business on weeknights and the weekends.
